Having spent a few years in the industry, the original founders of Tekwave Consulting knew one thing, the consultants and sales reps they all had been dealing with through vendors and partners left a feeling of dealing with a used cars salesman. They knew all the key lingo, dressed the part, had the smiles and laughed at the jokes. But when push came to shove contracts became bloated, delivery dates flew past, and support dried up.
We knew we could do better. We wanted the chance to help the small business owner. We wanted to bring our enthusiasm for IT and helping people to those not having the budget for the larger IT firms in the area. We knew by keeping our overhead small and working within our means we could do just that.
Our goal and focus has not changed since — Be honest and upfront with our clients and keep their best interest in mind over our profits. If we do this the profits will come as your clients grow.
